How to use this pathfinder:

1: Print out your workbook.Keep checking that you are not missing any of the steps.
AAAYou will probably need to repeat some of them along the way.

2: Check the Keywords (and remember to write more keywords in your notebook as you find them). Keywords
AAAThese keywords will help you search for more information in the library catalogue or on the internet.

3: Start with the Reference Information Books from the library. They will help you understand the keywords. Reference Information
AAAThis will help you feel confident about looking for more information. You should revise your concept maps after this stage.

4: Now look at the other pages in this pathfinder (use the menu on the left).

5: You might like to use an internet search engine. I recommend you use studysearch as it has been designed for students.
AAARemember that not everything you find on the internet is 'true' - you need to check whether you can trust the site.
AAAThere is more about this in your workbook. That is also why I have given you links to trusted sites in Museums, Libraries, Art Galleries.

6: Keep going back to the steps in the workbook - have you found what you need? Are you searching skillfully?

7: Now you can produce your works.

8: Don't forget the last step - your teachers would like to know what you think about your work and how you went about it. Write it in your notebook and hand your notebook in with your completed tasks.

So, have you looked at the Keywords?
If you have, then you can start with the Reference Information.
